Title : Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist

The contractor will serve asa Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist. They will be responsible forplanning,
configuring, implementing,and supporting the agency's mobile device management and endpoint management
environment with MicrosoftAzure/Entra and Intune. Responsibilities include configuring device enrollment,compliance
policies, conditional access,application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager Integration,Android
Enterprise integration,migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer andimplementation
recommendations aligned withstate, federal, and agency security standards. The contractor will workcollaboratively
with agency IT staff tomodernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management process.
Skills :
Required Skills/Experience
Minimum 5 years of experiencewith Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management. Experience implementing Mobile
Device Management solutionsin enterprise environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure ActiveDirectory).
Experience with AppleBusiness Manager, Apple DEP/ADE. Experience configuring Conditional Access,compliance
policies, and device securitypolicies. Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security bestpractices.
Experience with deviceenrollment, application deployment, and policy management. Ability totroubleshoot enrollment,
synchronization, and devicecompliance issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience
documenting technicalprocesses and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff.
Preferred/Not Required
Experience working withinstate government or public sector environments. Experience migrating fromMeraki or other
MDM platforms to MicrosoftIntune. Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.Familiarity with
STIG, CIS, or other securitycompliance standards. Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure orEndpoint
Management. Experienceintegrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset managementsystems.
Experience with PowerShellscripting and automation.
