Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PAM Engineer to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise Privileged Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PAM platforms, identity and access management (IAM), cybersecurity best practices, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain PAM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Implement privileged account onboarding, password vaulting, session management, and access controls.
• Manage privileged accounts for servers, databases, applications, cloud platforms, and network devices.
• Configure and support password rotation, credential management, and privileged session monitoring.
• Integrate PAM solutions with directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP.
• Work closely with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to onboard critical systems into PAM.
• Monitor PAM platform health, troubleshoot issues, and perform upgrades and patches.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
• Conduct access reviews, compliance audits, and reporting activities.
• Support incident response investigations involving privileged accounts.
• Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in PAM.
• Hands-on experience with PAM platforms such as:
  • CyberArk Privileged Access Manager
  • BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access
  • Delinea Secret Server
  • One Identity Safeguard
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix administration.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, RADIUS).
• Familiarity with cloud environments including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and least-privilege access.

Preferred Qualifications

• PAM certifications from CyberArk.
• Security certifications such as:
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native security.
• Knowledge of SIEM and security monitoring platforms.
