Summary

We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support and enhance enterprise infrastructure in a dynamic environment while collaborating with a skilled team.
Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing operational support for Active Directory, endpoint security, virtualization, storage systems, and Citrix infrastructure.
  • Execute enterprise vulnerability remediation and patching across servers and endpoints.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory and endpoint security tools.
  • Support VMware and NetApp infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Document change management activities and provide on-site data center support for hardware validation.
  • Assist with workload migration efforts, including validation and testing.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
Skills
  • 5-7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in vulnerability remediation or security operations.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory administration and endpoint security platforms.
  • Strong background in virtualization technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with data center operations and infrastructure support.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with data center decommissioning and migration projects.
  • Familiarity with NetApp ONTAP and privileged access management tools.
  • Knowledge of security analysis tools and backup platforms.
  • Strong documentation skills and experience with audit processes.
