Summary

We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITOM / Service Mapping Developer with 5+ years of experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations for external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, script, and own end-to-end ServiceNow technical solutions
Collaborate with Platform Architects to refine requirements and deliver solutions
Develop custom functionality using JavaScript and ServiceNow-supported technologies
Build integrations with external systems and automate platform processes
Troubleshoot, optimize, and document ServiceNow configurations and solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong expertise across ITOM, ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, GRC, and Employee Center
Advanced knowledge of Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Studio
Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, Integration Hub) and data imports
Proven ability to document technical solutions for knowledge transfer
