Position Details:
• Role: Software Quality Assurance Analyst
• Location: Hartford, CT (100% Remote)
• Duration: 1 Year Contract
• Employment Type: W2 Only

Required Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in IT operations, systems/software development, or programming
• 3+ years of QA testing experience

Required Skills:
• Smoke, Regression, Accessibility, and Performance Testing
• API/Integration Testing
• Automated Testing Tools
• Jira, Confluence, DevOps, Xray
• Agile Methodology
• Salesforce & Mulesoft knowledge preferred
• Accessibility tools such as NVDA, Axe, or JAWS

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases
• Perform functional and non-functional testing
• Identify and track defects using Jira
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Support automation initiatives and QA process improvements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and UAT activities
