Responsibilities

This position will provide the following PeopleSoft Application and Architect support:

•       Research, Document and Guide the PeopleSoft Infrastructure design/layout based on PeopleSoft best practices for implementation on upgrade.

•       Support Installation, configuration/application triage of the various software components of PeopleSoft (WebLogic, Tuxedo, ElasticSearch, Oracle database) for new Peoplesoft required environments with the latest technology stack

•       Provide technical direction to meet business needs

•       Work with other agencies and technical support teams in pursuit of technically excellent solutions

•       Produce technically excellent solutions architecture that is aligned to business needs and direction

•       Research, resolve, and test configurations

•       Provide Research, Analysis and PeopleSoft Application support for the current Legacy PeopleSoft Applications

•       Support the proposed Peoplesoft upgrade project as required

 Skills Needed

84 months experience in Oracle’s PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 or higher Administration, duties include troubleshooting installation, configuration, tuning, upgrade/patching, maintaining process scheduler, web domains, Application domains, monitor batch jobs and perform code migrations in a Unix environment.

84 Months experience utilizing PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.5 or higher, including troubleshooting, installation, upgrading, patching, tuning/configuration.

60 Months experience with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application upgrades utilizing PUM and Change Assistant tools.

60 Months experience with WebLogic and Tuxedo including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, upgrading, and high availability (HA).

36 Months experience SQL and Unix shell scripting, creating, modifying and debugging in any of the following Unix shells: bash, korn, bourne.

36 months experience in installation and configuration of Phire tool
