CLM Lead Consultant with Malbek Exp,

Role summary. We are seeking a senior Malbek functional leader to serve as the primary bridge between legal, sales, procurement, business stakeholders, and the technical delivery team. The person will provide platform specific guidance, drive the remaining implementation phase, translate business needs into practical Malbek solutions, and establish a sustainable operating model for post go live support.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead Sales Phase 2 of the Malbek CLM program from planning through completion, including scope, priorities, decisions, risks, testing, readiness, and go live coordination.

·        Serve as the senior Malbek subject matter expert for legal, sales, procurement, and other business stakeholders.

·        Advise stakeholders on how business requirements should be implemented in Malbek, identify platform limitations, and recommend workable alternatives when a requested approach is not appropriate.

·        Lead discovery sessions and translate pain points, enhancement requests, and contract process requirements into prioritized functional requirements and solution designs.

·        Configure or guide the configuration of contract workflows, request and intake processes, templates, clause libraries, approval rules, user roles, metadata, notifications, and obligation management.

·        Own the functional backlog and coordinate execution with the India based technical delivery team, integration specialists, and other partners.

·        Coordinate integrations and data flows with relevant enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, e signature, identity, reporting, and collaboration platforms.

·        Plan and lead functional testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, training, adoption, and transition to production support.

·        Design the post go live operating model, including intake, triage, prioritization, governance, release planning, SLAs, escalation paths, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

·        Provide clear status reporting to business and technology leadership and proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Required Qualifications

·        Hands on functional experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Malbek CLM in an enterprise environment.

·        Demonstrated ability to lead business discussions and provide authoritative Malbek specific recommendations rather than only coordinate project activities.

·        Strong understanding of the complete contract lifecycle, including intake, authoring, negotiation, approvals, execution, repository management, obligations, renewals, amendments, and reporting.

·        Experience supporting legal, sales, and procurement contracting processes and working directly with business process owners.

·        Experience translating ambiguous business needs into functional requirements, solution options, workflows, and an executable backlog.

·        Experience leading implementation phases, UAT, go live, stabilization, enhancements, and post production support.

·        Ability to coordinate a distributed US and India delivery model and maintain effective communication across business and technical teams.

·        Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, and problem solving skills.
