Role Overview

Looking for an SAP S/4 HANA Deployment Lead with Pharma Supply Chain experience, strong knowledge of SAP modules (MM/SD/FI/PP/QA), eWM, enterprise system integrations (CGTO/ATTP/MES), and global ERP rollout experience, along with Agile and project management expertise.

Required Skills & Experience

SAP & ERP

• 5+ years experience with SAP S/4 HANA
• Experience with SAP eWM
• Expertise in at least one SAP module:
  • MM
  • SD
  • FI
  • PP
  • QA

System Integration

• Experience integrating SAP with:
  • SAP CGTO
  • ATTP
  • MES
• Understanding of enterprise data integrity

SAP Deployment

• 3+ years experience in SAP S/4 deployment projects
• Experience as Project Manager or SAP Functional Lead

Project & Agile Tools

• Project tools:
  • Smartsheet
  • Monday.com
  • MS Project
• Agile methodologies:
  • SCRUM
  • SAFe
  • LeSS
• Agile tools:
  • Jira
  • Trello

• Ability to work in complex matrix organizations

Key Responsibilities

ASPIRE Program Deployment

• Represent CGT organization in affiliate ERP deployment projects
• Ensure adherence to the ASPIRE S/4 HANA deployment framework
• Coordinate global rollout of the CGT SAP template
• Facilitate End-to-End Fit-to-Template workshops
• Manage deployment risks and mitigation plans
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to deployment partners
• Ensure CGT requirements are integrated into affiliate deployments
• Collaborate with SMEs and Product Development teams to resolve template gaps

ERP Systems & Continuous Improvement

• Support ERP roadmap for CGT supply chain processes
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Provide SAP domain expertise for CGT ERP templates
• Coordinate ERP enhancements for country-level CGT product launches
• Work closely with Digital teams and CGT sites

Stakeholder & Program Coordination

• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across global teams
• Coordinate multiple project streams within the ERP program
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to leadership
• Support global ERP deployment strategy
