Job Description 

Were looking for a Senior Lead Engineer React Native with deep experience designing and building scalable high-performance mobile applications using React Native TypeScript Expo and modern mobile architecture patterns This role will play a critical part in shaping the technical direction of our mobile platform driving architecture decisions, optimizing performance and delivering enterprise-grade mobile experiences

Youll work closely with Engineering Product Design Backend and DevOps teams to build highly responsive, secure and maintainable iOS and Android applications Were seeking someone who can operate strategically while remaining handson someone who enjoys solving complex mobile challenges while influencing longterm platform evolution

What Youll Be Doing

·       Provide technical leadership and oversee the daily mobile engineering operations

·       Define and drive the mobile architecture strategy aligned with business goals

·       Lead the design and development of scalable highperformance mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript

·       Architect modular reusable component systems and scalable state management solutions Redux Zustand Context API etc

·       Design clean navigation deep linking and mobile routing strategies React Navigation Expo Router

·       Implement secure authentication flows OAuthOIDC biometrics secure storage token lifecycle management

·       Drive native module integrations Swift Kotlin for SDKs such as payments fraud detection analytics push notifications and device security

·       Optimize mobile performance startup time bundle size memory usage rendering performance offline caching

·       Establish CICD pipelines for mobile Fastlane EAS Build App Store Connect Google Play Console

·       Lead app release management versioning strategy and store compliance

·       Ensure adherence to mobile security best practices privacy compliance and accessibility standards

·       Partner with backend teams to define API contracts and optimize mobilebackend interactions

·       Champion automated testing Jest React Native Testing Library Detox and code quality standards

·       Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership craftsmanship and continuous improvement

·       Participate in architecture reviews and roadmap planning for longterm mobile platform scalability

What You Bring to the Table

·       Strong handson experience building productiongrade apps using React Native and TypeScript

·       Deep understanding of Expo ecosystem EAS OTA updates build pipelines native configuration

·       Expertise in mobile architecture patterns Clean Architecture MVVM modular architecture

·       Experience integrating native iOS Swift and Android Kotlin modules into React Native apps

·       Strong understanding of app lifecycle memory management threading and performance tuning

·       Experience implementing push notifications deep linking analytics SDKs and mobile security frameworks

·       Familiarity with authentication flows OIDC PKCE secure token handling

·       Experience with API integrations REST GraphQL and handling network resiliencyofflinefirst design

·       Strong understanding of mobile DevOps CICD and release governance

·       Experience collaborating in Agile environments and influencing crossfunctional stakeholders

·       Ability to balance handson development with strategic architectural leadership

Basic Qualifications

·       Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

·       10 years of software development experience

·       6 years of handson mobile development experience

·       4 years leading React Native applications in production environments

·       Proven experience delivering apps to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store

·       Experience working with cloudbased backends Azure AWS or Google Cloud Platform

·       Strong experience with CICD pipelines automated testing and DevOps best practices

·       Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction

·       Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make strategic architectural decisions balancing business and technical needs
