Senior Structural Engineer - Steel and Concrete Design

Location: Baltimore, MD
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000 to $150,000 per year
Relocation: Assistance available

Lead complex structural projects and mentor design teams at a leading U.S. engineering consultancy serving commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal clients.

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Structural Engineer (SE) or Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 8+ years of structural design and project leadership experience
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and related design software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

What You?ll Do

  • Design steel, concrete, and masonry structures
  • Direct design work from concept through completion
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and in-house engineers
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers

Nice-to-Haves

  • Federal or government project experience
  • Revit, RAM, ETABS, or RISA experience
  • Business development experience

Compensation and Benefits
