ITAM Developer – ServiceNow

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), CMDB, integrations, workflows, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong ServiceNow development background and experience implementing and supporting enterprise ITAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM solutions and asset lifecycle processes.
• Build and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub solutions.
• Support CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, asset reconciliation, software normalization, and data quality initiatives.
• Integrate ServiceNow with tools such as SCCM/Intune and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support testing, upgrades, deployments, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve ITAM processes and automation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITAM implementation experience.
• Experience with HAM and/or SAM.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, development, and troubleshooting.

Mandatory Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CAD
• CIS – ITAM
• CIS-SAM and/or CIS-HAM preferred

Preferred Skills

Discovery, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, ATF, SCCM, Intune, ITIL/ITSM, and enterprise ServiceNow integrations.
