Title : Healthcare Data Analyst / HEDIS Analyst
Location : Hartford, CT (Onsite)
Rate : $60/hr on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Analyst with strong expertise in HEDIS and healthcare quality processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR) and be proficient in data analysis using SQL and Databricks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and solution definition across business and IT stakeholders
· Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD, ADT, and SIU
· Perform hands-on data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting using SQL and Databricks
· Translate business requirements into data mappings and technical documentation
· Analyze large datasets to generate actionable, data-driven insights
· Collaborate with stakeholders and support solution delivery
Required Skills:
· Strong experience in HEDIS and healthcare quality processes
· Hands-on experience with HL7/FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards (CCD, ADT, SIU)
· Proficiency in SQL and Databricks
· Experience in requirement gathering, data mapping, and documentation
· Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
· Knowledge of healthcare terminologies (ICD-10, CPT, LOINC)
· Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
· Exposure to managed care functions (Prior Authorization, Utilization Management, Care Management)
· Mentoring experience and strong communication skills
