We're looking for an Associate Director, Product Manager, Deposit Products & Platforms to:
Lead deposits infrastructure projects throughout the project life cycle by collaborating with teams across the firm. Partner with digital leads to develop and implement client-focused journeys and enhancements, delivering a holistic client experience for deposit products.
Manage IT developer workload through requirement gathering and Agile story writing. Collaborate with product, development and design to write stories, refine them, and complete UAT testing.
Take client experience data inputs and manage and deliver a prioritized road map and requirements.
Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Salary Range & Work Schedule: $135,000 to $175,000/year, 40 hrs/wk. This notice is being posted in connection with an application for permanent Alien Labor Certification. Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or a related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Software Engineer, or a related occupation

Position requires experience with the following:
Agile methodology; Digital Experience Design for Financial Platforms; Digital strategies and IT platforms; Process flow documentation using Figma and Visio; Wireframing and prototype creation; Excel to compile and analyze data; requirements gathering, consolidate and synthesize information from various sources to gain consensus on proposed process change and transformation; SDLC; Jira; Data Visualization including PowerBi and Tableau; GitHub; DevOps; SQL.

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 135000 - max USD 175000 /annum
