Job DetailsRequired Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of intellectual property law experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing U.S. and international patent portfolios.
- Established portable book of business of at least $600,000.
- Proven history of business development, client retention, and production.
- Excellent legal writing, communication, analytical, and client counseling skills.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in both independent and team-oriented environments.
