Job Summary-
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-scale intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Transform manual and repetitive processes into efficient, scalable, and sustainable automated solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the solution lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure automation solutions meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- Integrate automation platforms with APIs, databases, cloud services, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflows, integrations, orchestration, and platform performance.
- Support project delivery activities, including managing timelines, resolving issues, communicating with stakeholders, and executing deliverables.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to improve operational visibility and support business decision-making.
- Communicate technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and collaborative support to automation team members and business partners.
- Support automation governance, documentation standards, Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Research and evaluate emerging automation, AI, and low-code technologies for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work in Agile delivery environments and manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in developing and supporting automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or related technologies.
- Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Strong skills in analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
- Experience developing integrations with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to workflows, integrations, and automation platforms.
- Experience with dashboard, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of automation governance, documentation standards, security principles, and CoE practices preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of emerging AI, automation, and low-code technologies preferred.
