Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant with strong consulting and advisory experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and ITOM architecture, with the ability to support enterprise IT operations and service visibility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and enhance ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligned with business and IT operational requirements.

• Configure and maintain CMDB data models, relationships, and data-quality processes.

• Implement and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery to identify infrastructure and application components.

• Develop and maintain Service Mapping to establish application dependencies and service relationships.

• Configure Event Management capabilities for event processing, alert correlation, and operational visibility.

• Provide ITOM architecture guidance and consulting to stakeholders and technical teams.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to identify requirements and resolve integration issues.

• Support solution documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of ITOM implementations.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow consulting and implementation.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM architecture.

• Hands-on knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

• Strong consulting, advisory, stakeholder-management, and troubleshooting skills.

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory.
