The Entry level Business Analyst supports medium-complexity projects by translating business needs into actionable requirements, participating in solution design, and supporting delivery activities. The Junior Finance Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities within the organization
Responsibilities
· Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including expense tracking and revenue summaries
· Conduct requirement analysis to understand business needs and objectives
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and product
· Create process maps, workflows, and functional documentation
· Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to understand business needs
· Assist in process improvement initiatives and identify areas for operational efficiency
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or masters in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to small groups.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with basic SQL or BI tools is a plus.
