The Role Performs on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.
Marine Coatings and Insulation New Hire and Advance skills training Selected candidates will be required to complete 2 to 3 months train the trainer assignment onsite in Newport News, VA Must Have High School/GED and 5 years of additional education and/or experience
Nice to Have Preferred Qualifications
- Surface Prep for Coatings, Brush and Roll Techniques
- Submarine and Carrier Insulation experience (thermal insulation)
- AMPP Certifications are a plus
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
