Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant / Cards Business Analyst with strong expertise in Cards & Payments, FGPP (Finastra Global Payment Platform), FGPP 3.x, PAYplus USA, and/or GFX. The candidate should have hands-on experience in FGPP issue and case analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, and customer-facing stakeholder engagement.
• FGPP 3.x – Recent implementation or production support experience
• FGPP Issue & Case Analysis – Triage, issue recreation, trace analysis, and troubleshooting
• FGPP Configuration – Profiles and Rules management
• Cards & Payments – Strong functional/business domain knowledge
• PAYplus USA / GFX – Hands-on product knowledge
• Business Analysis – Requirements, functional analysis, and solution assessment
• Database & GUI Tools – Investigation, data analysis, and issue resolution
• Payment Systems – Cards/payment processing concepts and workflows
• Client & Stakeholder Management – Customer-facing technical discussions
• Problem Solving – Complex issue analysis and solution development
