Summary

Position Title: Junior/Mid Windows Engineer (F&B Point-of-Sale Engineer)
Skillset

System imaging, Windows OS installations, OS configuration, drivers/BIOS updates, application installation/upgrades, windows patching, SQL installation and configuration
Troubleshoot of Tablet and peripherals connectivity.
Network connectivity (cell and Wi-Fi) setup and troubleshoot
Able to create and/or update technical procedure documents
Ex perience to update, upgrade and maintain system with Intune and SCCM
Good to have experience writing/troubleshooting Power shell scripts
Required to travel as necessary to crew bases and/or aboard the trains to provide hands-on support
Need good communication skills
Be able to carry heavy loads, up to, 50 lbs.
Work at Client’s Lab in DC or Depot in Philly as required
Be able to travel to various Client locations as required

What you have

High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree equivalent to Computer Science/Engineering
2+ years of experience building Windows based systems, preferably Point-of-Sale (POS) equipment
Optionally, 1 year of experience PowerShell Scripting

Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen’s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
