Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to join a high-impact team building and enhancing a modern Workforce Management (WFM) and Contact Center platform.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience with strong expertise across backend and frontend development, cloud-native architectures, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, and third-party integrations.

This role goes beyond implementation. Engineers will work closely with the client''s internal engineering team, actively participate in product design, architecture discussions, technical planning, and end-to-end delivery.

Experience with Amazon Connect, Workforce Management, contact center routing, or voice/telephony technologies such as Kamailio and FreeSWITCH is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, enhance, and deliver features across the WFM platform and broader Contact Center platform.
  • Work closely with the client''s internal engineering team throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in technical design, architecture, estimation, and delivery planning.
  • Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure full-stack applications.
  • Build and consume APIs and integrations with Amazon Connect and other internal or third-party platforms.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect data such as:
    • Call volumes
    • Agent performance metrics
    • Real-time agent status
    • Scheduling information
    • Contact center operational data
  • Develop cloud-native services using modern software engineering practices.
  • Build containerized applications and services using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Apply infrastructure-as-code and cloud automation practices where applicable.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable APIs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, testing, and production support.
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise data privacy and security requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, and PCI DSS.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards, development processes, and platform reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience in full-stack software development, including both backend and frontend technologies.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade cloud-native applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, API design, microservices, and system integrations.
  • Experience integrating with third-party and internal APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in architecture and design discussions, not just execute development tasks.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be based in the United States and legally eligible to work remotely within the United States.

Strongly Preferred Skills

The following skills are highly desirable but are not required for every position:

  • Experience developing Workforce Management (WFM) software.

  • Contact center platform or contact center routing development experience.
  • Voice and telephony application development.
  • Hands-on experience with Kamailio or FreeSWITCH.
  • Experience developing contact center or communication platforms.
  • Voice platform automation and testing experience.
