Job Overview: In this role, you will work on scheduling and tracking the qualification status for part-level production within the Manufacturing Design team. You will build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to clarify expectations, identify risks, and adjust priorities as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping managers and key partners informed of progress, changes, and risks. You will oversee project schedules, activities, and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Planning and facilitating project meetings with cross-functional teams to ideate, solve problems, and complete projects will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities: - Schedule and track the qualification status for part-level production in the Manufacturing Design team.
- Build and maintain relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to clarify expectations and identify risks.
- Actively keep managers and key partners informed of progress, changes, and risks.
- Oversee project schedules, activities, and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Plan and facilitate project meetings with cross-functional teams to ideate, solve problems, and complete projects.
Qualifications: - 3+ years of program/project management experience.
- Ability to understand technical terminology and work effectively with engineering teams.
- Proven project management skills, including communication strategy, goal setting, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for data.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- High proficiency in Excel, Numbers, and Keynote.
- Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and work streams across geographies.
- Ability to gather and analyze data to provide meaningful insights that inform program and project strategies.
- Skilled in getting work done through others.

Pay Range: $48hr - $50hr on w2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
