Cisco Unified Communications Manager Engineer

Pay Range: $45- $55/hr. The pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Core Technical Requirements:

• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): Strong administration, routing, and troubleshooting skills.
• Cisco Emergency Responder (CER): Proven experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting CER.  They must understand ERL (Emergency Response Location) and ELIN (Emergency Location Identification Number) mapping.
• E911 Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements (Kari’s Law & RAY BAUM’S Act) as they relate to multi-line telephone systems (MLTS) in a large enterprise or retail environment.
• Voice Gateways & Protocols: Experience with SIP trunking, H.323, MGoogle Cloud Platform, and voice gateways (ISR/CUBE).

Soft Skills:

• Retail/Large Footprint Experience: Ability to manage voice infrastructure for multi-floor, high-density retail locations with dynamic endpoints (wired desks, break rooms, mobile/wireless store devices).
• On-Call/Support Mentality: High-availability mindset to ensure critical emergency routing is operational 24/7.
