We are looking for a highly experienced Mainframe Assembler Developer with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Assembler (HLASM) to support and enhance mission-critical enterprise mainframe systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, code, and test applications using IBM Assembler (HLASM)
Participate across the full SDLC in mainframe environments
Debug and troubleshoot complex production issues
Optimize performance, reliability, and system efficiency
Create and maintain technical documentation
Provide ongoing technical support and ensure compliance with coding standards
Collaborate with system architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams
Required Skills:
12+ years of experience in Mainframe Assembler (HLASM)
Strong knowledge of z/OS
Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and production support
Excellent analytical and communication skills
