Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple concurrent technology initiatives within a Wealth Management Technology organization in New York. This role requires a hands-on Agile leader who can drive execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery across enterprise-level programs.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of program and project management experience, strong Scrum expertise, and proven success managing initiatives in Financial Services environments — specifically within Investment Management, Investment Banking, or Asset Management businesses.

This position requires strong collaboration with development teams, business stakeholders, and global IT partners. The role blends business and technical responsibilities and demands excellent communication, leadership presence, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as Scrum Master across multiple technology initiatives supporting Wealth Management
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Coordinate cross-functional teams within a matrixed enterprise environment
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology execution
• Develop and continuously refine Agile processes and development standards
• Provide thought leadership and best-practice recommendations to senior management
• Create and maintain enterprise-level project and portfolio status reporting
• Provide transparency into risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Conduct project and program audits to ensure milestones and scope commitments are achieved
• Manage business requirements elaboration, systems/process flow analysis, and milestone tracking
• Identify tactical and strategic improvement opportunities
• Proactively communicate optimization ideas for business operations and resource allocation
• Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder meetings across business and technology groups
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 7+ years of program and project management experience
• Strong hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge business and technology teams
• Experience working within Agile PDLC frameworks
• Expertise with Agile lifecycle and tracking tools such as JIRA
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint
• Experience building enterprise portfolio reporting for senior leadership
• Demonstrated hands-on project execution and delivery track record
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and meet time-bound deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Financial Services technology initiatives
• Background in Wealth Management, Investment Management, Investment Banking, or Asset Management technology environments
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience working with Kanban frameworks
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed IT teams
