Job Description
We are seeking a Voice Infrastructure Product Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in voice infrastructure, data networking, unified communications, contact center platforms, carrier and telecom strategy, and voice and network infrastructure and a proven ability to define and execute global product strategy, lead SIP/SBC platform transformations, and drive cost-efficient carrier and vendor outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain global voice-infrastructure product strategy.
- Manage SBC and carrier-technology platforms across enterprise environments.
- Plan and execute SIP migrations from legacy TDM infrastructure.
- Consolidate network architecture to reduce carrier expenses.
- Renegotiate carrier and technology-vendor agreements.
- Implement SRE operating practices to improve service reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Voice Infrastructure (SIP/SBC) - 8+ years.
- Data Networking - 8+ years.
- Unified Communications - 8+ years.
- Contact Center Platforms - 8+ years.
- Carrier and Telecom Strategy - 8+ years.
- Voice and Network Infrastructure - 8+ years.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Engineering qualification.
Preferred Skills:
- Root-Cause Analysis.
- Agile/Scrum Delivery.
- ITIL Process Management.
