Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant/Developer to support a long-term engagement with our client in North America. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM solutions and working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes, along with the ability to work 100% onsite at the client location.

Mandatory Requirements:

Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification is mandatory.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly preferred.
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations and configurations.
Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog processes.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, notifications, and integrations.
Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing and able to work 100% onsite in North America.
Must be available for a long-term engagement.
