Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Engineer (Lead/Architect) with a minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development, cloud engineering, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading development efforts, designing modules end‑to‑end, mentoring team members, and owning delivery from development through deployment.
This is a customer‑facing on‑site role with significant leadership responsibilities and collaboration with both onsite and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Java Full Stack Lead/Architect, providing technical direction and hands‑on expertise.
Participate in meetings with key business stakeholders to analyze and understand requirements.
Design application modules independently and contribute to architectural decisions.
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and perform all sprint‑related technical activities.
Own the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned user stories/features—from development through deployment.
Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve technical issues for the team.
Communicate effectively with both onsite and offshore stakeholders.
Function as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, providing strong technical leadership.
