KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coach, and develop database and application administration teams.
Ensure the stability, availability, security, and performance of production environments.
Oversee daily operations, incident management, capacity planning, backups, and disaster recovery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in IT operations, SQL database/application administration, and windows infrastructure.
3+ years leading teams, coaching, performance management, and prioritization.
