REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must-Have Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience
-Strong, hands-on experience with certificate management and PKI-related workflows
-Technical background sufficient to guide and validate testing efforts (not advisory-only)
-Experience working directly with infrastructure, security, or platform teams
-Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Hands-on experience managing certificate management lifecycle processes
- Experience in design and operation of PKI
- Self-accountable and autonomous, given clear direction
- Capable of communicating technical requirements with business and application owners
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience automating certificate lifecycle processes, especially with KeyFactor Command
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly preferred, but is not required
JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical SME - Certificate Management & Migration (FTC)
Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical SME with strong certificate management experience to support testing and migration activities within a Crypto Management modernization program. This role is execution-focused and will play a critical part in stabilizing delivery by owning testing design, driving execution, and maintaining day-to-day oversight of migration activities across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and guide technical testing for certificate management and migration use cases
-Own end-to-end testing preparation and execution in partnership with platform and infrastructure teams
-Drive and maintain detailed certificate migration tracking, dependencies, and status
-Work directly with engineering and platform teams to unblock issues and keep delivery moving
-Produce clear, actionable artifacts and updates to support decisions and timeline management
Desired Profile:
-Strong execution and delivery discipline with comfort owning workstreams end to end
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to drive follow-ups and resolve blockers
-Not a coordination-only role; this position requires technical depth and hands-on involvement

- Possibility of extensions
- No opportunity for FTE conversion
Location:
- HM's preference is hybrid in Boston, but is also open to fully remote candidates
- IF hybrid - reporting onsite at the Quincy office 2-3 days a week
- IF remote - candidates must be located in the US
