DevOps Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a DevOps Lead.

Overview:
We're looking for a DevOps Lead to support and guide CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across web and mobile applications. This role will play a hands-on leadership role in building, maintaining, and improving deployment workflows while partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure reliable, repeatable releases. The ideal candidate brings strong Jenkins-based CI/CD experience, has supported mobile application deployments, and is comfortable working across both web and app deployment pipelines. Experience with Ionic is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and maintain CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on Jenkins
* Support and improve web and mobile application deployment processes
* Partner with developers to streamline build, test, and release workflows
* Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues across environments
* Ensure deployment processes are reliable, repeatable, and well documented
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support release planning and delivery
* Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and deployment stability
* Act as a DevOps point of contact, providing guidance and best practices to the team

REQUIREMENTS:
* 4-6+ years of experience in DevOps or build/release engineering
* Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD using Jenkins
* Experience supporting mobile application deployments (iOS and/or Android)
* Experience with web application deployments
* Solid understanding of deployment pipelines, environments, and release workflows
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with developers and stakeholders

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
* Experience with Ionic or hybrid mobile frameworks
* Prior experience in a DevOps lead or senior DevOps role
* Exposure to cloud environments and modern DevOps tooling
* Experience supporting both legacy and modern application stacks

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
