Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on providing expertise in Oracle Primavera Cloud, guiding the transition from an on-premise system to a cloud-based platform. As this is a long-term contract position, the selected candidate will play a key role in optimizing system functionality and delivering training to ensure effective adoption.
Responsibilities:
Lead the migration process from an on-premise instance of Primavera to Oracle Primavera Cloud, ensuring seamless transition.
Configure various system components, including calendars, security settings, workflows, codes, and user profiles.
Perform data migration activities such as validation and reconciliation to maintain data integrity.
Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities to enhance functionality in areas like resource management, capacity planning, and financial tracking.
Provide comprehensive training sessions for users and develop clear documentation to support system usage.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess organizational needs and align system capabilities to business objectives.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continued efficiency.
Design and implement advanced solutions for project controls and resource management.
Support the organization in expanding its utilization of Oracle Primavera Cloud features.
Requirements
At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud.
Proven track record of implementing and configuring Primavera Cloud systems.
In-depth knowledge of data migration processes and system configuration.
Strong understanding of project controls, resource management, and cost-tracking principles.
Experience transitioning from on-premise systems to cloud-based platforms.
Ability to deliver effective training sessions and develop user-friendly documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
