Job Description:
Join our team as a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Human Capital Management system. 
This contract position is based in Wall, NJ and requires a hybrid work schedule. 
You will manage the full project lifecycle, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within budget, utilizing enterprise-level technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with procurement teams during RFP processes and negotiations.
Develop comprehensive business cases to support executive decisions.
Optimize resource allocation and track project progress.
Coordinate with vendors for seamless project execution.
Implement risk management techniques and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
10–15 years of experience in implementing large-scale HCM solutions.
Strong project leadership skills with experience in enterprise-level projects.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficient in financial management and business case development.
