Job Title: Agentic AI Solution Architect (Lead Technical Authority)

Lead enterprise Agentic AI transformation as a hands-on solution architect coordinating with CTO-level stakeholders. Design scalable agent architectures integrating MCP, GenAI platforms, and full-stack orchestration layers for autonomous, intelligent business workflows.

Role Summary

Serve as the strategic and technical authority for Agentic AI solutions, designing end-to-end architectures that enable autonomous agents to reason, plan, and execute complex business workflows. Lead solution design presentations to CTOs, implement MCP server/endpoint integrations, and orchestrate full-stack agent systems from reasoning engines to UI delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Architecture Leadership

• Design scalable Agentic AI architectures enabling autonomous reasoning, planning, memory management, and multi-step execution across enterprise workflows.
• Architect MCP (Microsoft Copilot Platform) integrations including server-side endpoints, authentication, context management, and orchestration layer connectivity.
• Lead end-to-end solution design from GenAI reasoning engines (Gemini, OpenAI GPT-4o) through agent orchestration to front-end delivery.

Technical Implementation & Integration

MCP Server/Endpoint Mastery:

• Custom Copilot connectors and plugins
• Server-side API orchestration
• Context injection and memory management
• Authentication/authorization flows
• Real-time streaming integrations

GenAI Platform Expertise

• Implement multi-LLM orchestration combining Gemini, OpenAI, and custom models with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen).
• Design tool-calling architectures enabling agents to interact with enterprise APIs, databases, and external services autonomously.
• Build stateful agent workflows supporting long-running tasks, human-in-the-loop interventions, and adaptive decision-making.

CTO-Level Solution Design & Presentation

• Create executive-grade architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and proof-of-concepts demonstrating business value and technical feasibility.
• Present complex Agentic AI concepts confidently to C-level stakeholders using white-boarding, live demos, and strategic narratives.
• Translate business requirements into production-ready technical specifications balancing innovation, scalability, and operational reality.

Full-Stack Orchestration Layer
