Role: Principal Engineer
Coppell, TX — Onsite
Contract to hire (C2H)
Contract Period is 6 Months only

Interview process:

L1 will be with internal panel and scenario based hands-on check along with theoretical
L2 will be in-person in client office with client panel and scenario based hands-on check along with theoretical in two rounds as needed

Required skills:

Experience with Azure Services
Experience in RAG/Graph (Preferred)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

12+ years overall exp with, 8+ years of related experience developing software. Mortgage industry experience is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability respond quickly to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints from clients, co-workers and or management.
Strong analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in technical field. Master's degree in a technical field is preferred.
Adaptive leadership style, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams with diverse skill sets and experience levels.
