Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in systems analysis and delivery, particularly with an emphasis on system configuration and technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, alongside problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Solid domain knowledge across multiple key processes and can independently map current-state vs. future-state workflows.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation and user story writing and can design workable configuration changes end to end.
• Owns configuration and testing for medium-complexity changes, with low rework and minimal production defects.
• Comfortable with Tier 2 support, root-cause analysis, and converting incidents/feedback into clear backlog items.
• Able to monitor usage and incident trends and turn them into actionable insights for the Product Lead.
• Strong partner to Product Leads and stakeholders on discovery, solution options, and change management deliverables.
