Job Summary We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic development team responsible for building next-generation business intelligence and support tools for capital markets. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, and deliver critical applications that support various business functions including client onboarding, trade analysis, commission calculation, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern technologies Collaborate with product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Analyze, design, implement, test, and demonstrate application features Build and deploy applications in cloud environments, including AWS Work closely with cross-functional teams including business users and technology teams Contribute to applications supporting client onboarding, trade analysis, commission calculations, and reporting Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of applications Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and team activities Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 8+ years of experience in application development or software engineering Proficiency in full stack technologies including Linux, Oracle, SQL, Snowflake, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Python, Apache, Tomcat, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, and HTML5 Experience developing and deploying applications in AWS environments Experience with development tools such as Jira, Eclipse, Git, and Jenkins Familiarity with capital markets or institutional financial products such as prime brokerage, fixed income, and equities Experience with trade operations, post-trade analysis, profit and loss analysis, customer relationship management, and reporting Experience working in Agile/Scrum or scaled Agile environments Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends Preferred Qualifications Experience working on business intelligence or data-driven platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working directly with stakeholders and end users to deliver solutions Education: Bachelors Degree
