The Help Desk & IT Support Lead is a hands-on technology support leader responsible for delivering exceptional end-user support across the organization. The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking IT assistance and will personally handle, troubleshoot, and resolve complex support tickets while overseeing the performance and SLAs of an outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP). Success in this role requires a balanced blend of deep technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and strong vendor management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tier 1 3 hands-on troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outsourced MSP to ensure alignment with organizational standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
Job Requirement:
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Active Directory / Entra ID experience.
- Endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot, Group Policy).
- Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing systems.
- Familiarity with Azure, networking, VPNs, and SaaS applications.
- Experience working within an outsourced support model.
