- Experience with application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience providing production support and resolving application issues within SLA timelines.
- Knowledge of software development standards, code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Experience preparing technical documentation and supporting application upgrades or modernization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, QA teams, project managers, and technical stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Los Angeles, California.
