Summary

Location: Philadelphia, PA
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Portal/UI Architect to join our team and help build intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly portal experiences.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of IT experience
- 10+ years of ServiceNow development
- Strong experience building ServiceNow portals using Service Portal and/or Employee Center
- Hands-on experience developing custom widgets and UI components
- Experience with UI Builder and Next Experience
- Strong JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS skills
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications via REST APIs
- Good understanding of UX/UI best practices
- Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow implementations
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow portals (Service Portal / Employee Center / UI Builder)
- Build and customize widgets and reusable UI components
- Deliver a consistent, responsive, and modern user experience
- Implement role-based access and personalized UI experiences
- Integrate portal components with backend ServiceNow modules and external systems
- Follow best practices with a focus on configuration over customization
