Monitor cluster health, performance, and security while proactively resolving infrastructure issues.
Automate Kubernetes deployments and infrastructure provisioning using CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application Development teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.
Implement Kubernetes security best practices, RBAC, network policies, secrets management, and compliance standards.
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning across Kubernetes environments.
Document infrastructure architecture, deployment procedures, and operational best practices.

Required Skills:

7+ years of experience with containerization technologies and Kubernetes administration.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, objects, controllers, and core primitives (Pods, Deployments, Services, StatefulSets, DaemonSets, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, etc.).
Strong experience managing production-grade AKS clusters.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
Strong understanding of Kubernetes networking, traffic management, ingress controllers, load balancing, and service discovery.
Experience configuring and managing AKS across complex enterprise networking environments.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep).
Strong knowledge of Azure networking, Virtual Networks (VNets), NSGs, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Application Gateway, and Azure DNS.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
