Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10–13 years of relevant experience

· U.S. citizenship required

· Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

· Strong experience with secure network programming in an Oracle environment, including security certificates and HTTPS callouts

· Experience with full lifecycle development of custom Oracle applications using Oracle APEX

· Experience with Quest Toad and Oracle SQL Developer

· Experience with jQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML

· Experience with PL/SQL, Java, Windows PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting

· Experience working with built-in PL/SQL packages and procedures

· Experience storing, retrieving, and manipulating unstructured data in Oracle environments

· Experience establishing goals and meeting project plan objectives

· Experience with data migration tools and techniques

· Ability to write and maintain technical and system documentation

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Agile development experience

· Customer-facing experience
