Summary

Title: ServiceNow Workspace Service Delivery

Location: Remote

Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) workflows, integrating ITSM and workspace-dependent applications to deliver seamless end-to-end employee and service experiences.
Lead ServiceNow integrations and development, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts) in partnership with internal ITSM teams.
Drive solution adoption and operational excellence, including performance optimization, technical documentation, end-user training, and management of location data and diagrams (AutoCAD or similar).
