Description
We are looking for an experienced Specialty REDY/Platform Trainer to drive user readiness and platform adoption for an evolving internal enterprise system in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a training specialist who excels at leading live learning sessions, guiding business teams through change, and helping users build confidence with new workflows. The person in this role will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to support release readiness, reinforce effective platform usage, and promote successful adoption across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities:
Lead training delivery for the REDY platform across multiple business groups, serving as the central resource for user enablement and rollout support.
Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person sessions for operational teams, service staff, and other platform users, adapting content to varied audience needs.
Assist pilot teams during early-stage releases and help coordinate adoption activities tied to new features and workflow updates.
Work with business partners, product stakeholders, and leadership teams to align training efforts with recurring platform enhancements and release schedules.
Monitor learner feedback and field observations to identify usage challenges, knowledge gaps, and opportunities to strengthen adoption.
Provide follow-up coaching, reinforcement sessions, and post-launch assistance to improve long-term user confidence and platform utilization.
Explain how the platform supports policy lifecycle activities and connects with established business processes and surrounding systems.
Partner with existing learning and content resources to support delivery readiness, while keeping the focus on facilitation and adoption rather than course development.
Travel as needed to support onsite training events, rollout activities, and field engagement across business locations.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in training, user enablement, change adoption, or platform rollout environments.
Demonstrated success training employees on enterprise applications, internal systems, or business-critical software platforms.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to translate technical processes into practical instruction for business users.
Experience supporting software updates, phased releases, or broader digital transformation efforts within an organization.
Ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams, business stakeholders, and technical partners in a cross-functional setting.
Comfortable delivering both remote and onsite training sessions and supporting users in different locations.
Willingness to travel extensively, with expected travel of approximately 50% to 70%.
Insurance industry experience or familiarity with policy administration, underwriting, agency management, or similar workflow platforms is preferred.
Innovation starts with people.
