Description:
- Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale.
- Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
- Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals.
- Works with customers and distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management.
- Observe and execute the service business processes and procedures, including maintaining accurate records of service activities, reports, and feedback, etc.
- Follow the defined SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley Act) business processes to collect the billable and contract revenues to achieve the quarterly and yearly targets.
- Reduce the billable collection cycle time to meet business goals and maintain and update the customer information and installed base in SAP CRM.
- Concentrate support and work commitment during peak activities, such as at the end of corporate fiscal periods.
- Provides administrative support to department managers and generate reports for management review.
Must Have Requirements:
- Schedule: 40 hours/week with occasional overtime due to Korea team collaboration.
- Be available to take meetings at home from 6pm to 8pm.
Position Overview:
- This is the first Admin Assistant role supporting the Client''''s Taylor site.
- The individual will operate with a high degree of independence and serve as a key administrative and customer support contact.
- The role requires strong organization, communication, and coordination skills while supporting both U.S. and Korea-based teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize administrative activities for the Taylor site.
- Support customer requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and maintain trackers.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, CRM, or similar) and Excel-based reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between U.S. operations and Korea-based teams.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Fluent Korean and English (Korean proficiency is a critical requirement).
- Minimum Bachelor''''s degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative, customer support, or similar experience.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, CRM, or equivalent systems).
- Intermediate Excel skills, including:
- - VLOOKUP
- - Pivot Tables
- - Reporting and tracking
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience working in multinational environments.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
Training & Travel Requirements:
- International travel to Korea required for training.
- Training in Korea will be up to 2 weeks maximum and may be shorter.
- Initial onboarding may occur in Taylor or through trainers brought onsite.
- Travel timing will depend on readiness, access setup, and training schedule.
Work Schedule & Hybrid Expectations:
- Expected to work onsite in Taylor for the first three months.
- After the initial training period, hybrid flexibility may be available
- Up to 2 days remote per week.
- Final schedule determined by management and business needs.
Overtime & Korea Team Collaboration:
- Standard work hours are generally around 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.
- During training and critical business periods, occasional overtime may be required.
- Korea team members may occasionally contact the employee outside regular business hours due to the 13-14 hour time difference.
- This does not mean daily late-night meetings.
- Employee should be comfortable receiving occasional evening calls, particularly during training, urgent issues, or month-end/quarter-end activities.
