Job DetailsThe Senior Reliability Specialist will serve as a leader and technical resource for part inspection, supplier quality responsibilities, auditing, and root cause analysis to drive process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead root cause failure analysis on technical asset issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence across the facility.
- Optimize predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and minimize operating costs.
- Support infrastructure health by managing distribution systems, reviewing electrical calculations, and overseeing safety compliance reviews.
- Partner with engineering, controls, and capital project teams to ensure reliable design configurations and appropriate spare parts inventory.
- Track and report operational data trends, creating key performance indicators to monitor long-term mechanical and electrical health.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent related technical maintenance and reliability engineering experience.
- Practical understanding of complex industrial manufacturing equipment, drawing interpretation, and schematic reading.
- Working knowledge of process safety management regulations, data modeling, and structured continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and data tracking skills paired with proficiency utilizing enterprise asset management software.
