SAP Commerce Cloud Project Manager
As a SAP Commerce Cloud Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions for our customer. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations and business objectives
Responsibilities:
· Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources required, and timelines for SAP Commerce Cloud implementations.
· Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure they are effectively allocated and utilized throughout the project lifecycle.
· Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial constraints. Provide regular updates on budget status to stakeholders.
· Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones achieved, and any changes to scope or timeline.
· Ensure that SAP Commerce Cloud solutions meet quality standards and align with client expectations. Conduct thorough testing and validation before project delivery.
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, status reports, and project closure reports.
· Facilitate smooth transition and handover of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions to support and maintenance teams. Address any post-implementation issues or enhancements.
Requirements:
· 8+ years of experience in managing SAP Commerce Cloud implementation projects.
· Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly SAP Hybris)
· Strong leadership and decision-making abilities to drive project teams and achieve project objectives effectively.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
· Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and external vendors.
