Summary

Process: 3 stage process:

1^st - 1 hour intro call and technical Q&A with Hiring Manager (Sai) or another VP (Nishant) (virtual call)

2^nd: 1-hour technical Q&A with another senior lead in the business (virtual call)

3^rd: 30 minutes – 1 hour Q&A with a couple members of the team (onsite!)

Next steps: Resume Review confirmed Wed, Feb 11^th at 2pm so need profiles before then

Top 3 requirements:

4-6 years’ of experience with
Ideally experience with Datadog product as it is a Datadog enablement role
Experience with Observability Engineering
Experience with AWS (Cloud Platform)
Background in Software engineering (Python/Java/TypeScript – any of these 3)

Team size: 5
The right person will have 4-6 years experience
This is more of a SRE role
Industry experience: it doesn’t matter, as long as they have the skill set it’s fine and worked for a similar size company (enterprise level)
