Position Overview

Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud - Trade Promotion Management (TPM) KPI Expert

Requirements:

• We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) TPM KPI Expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of trade promotion analytics and KPI frameworks.
• This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization of trade spend and promotional performance across markets.

• The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce CG Cloud expertise with strong business acumen in trade promotion management and data-driven decision-making.
• 10 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
• 2+ years working with Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) / TPM
• Experience in CPG / FMCG industry preferred
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, CG Cloud)
• Experience with large-scale CPG implementations
• Knowledge of AI-driven promotion optimization (nice to have)
