Location: Bedford, NH
Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $180,000.00 USD Annually
Description: I'm currently supporting a growing aerospace & defense manufacturer that is hiring two onsite RF roles in Bedford, NH.
Direct hire, full-time positions
These roles involve full-lifecycle antenna development from concept through design, fabrication, and in-house RF/environmental testing.
Both Roles Require:
U.S. citizenship (due to federal program requirements)
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance
BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience with HFSS, ADS, MATLAB (or similar EM/circuit simulation tools)
Knowledge of antenna design (stripline, microstrip, patch, etc.) and RF test equipment
RF Engineer
If you have 5+ years in RF or antenna design, this opportunity includes:
- Ownership of custom antenna projects
- Design ? prototype ? production ? test, all in one facility
- Direct customer collaboration and proposal support
- Work on mission-critical aerospace & defense programs
Junior RF Engineer
Great for engineers with 0-3+ years (or strong academic/project experience):
- Hands-on design, simulation, and test work
- Exposure to tools like HFSS, ADS, MATLAB
- Mentorship from senior RF engineers
- Opportunities to support advanced flight hardware projects
